By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

You may use our website for lawful and legitimate purposes only.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Our bespoke tailoring services are individually created according to the customer’s requirements, measurements, selected fabrics, design preferences, and agreed specifications.
Because each garment is individually made, the final garment may differ slightly from photographs, digital representations, fabric images, or examples displayed on our website.
The final design, fabric, construction, measurements, finishing, and other specifications will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before production.
Appointments may be required for consultations, measurements, fittings, fabric selection, design discussions, and other tailoring services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting or arranging an appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary. Where reasonably possible, we will notify customers in advance of any changes.
Customers are also requested to notify us as early as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
Accurate measurements are an important part of the bespoke tailoring process.
Measurements may be taken by our tailoring team during an appointment or may be provided by the customer where specifically agreed.
Customers are responsible for informing our team of relevant fit preferences, posture considerations, or other requirements that may affect the construction or fit of a garment.
Because the human body naturally changes over time, the fit of a garment may also change after measurements have been taken.
Where fittings are part of the agreed tailoring process, customers may be required to attend one or more fittings before the garment is finalized.
Minor adjustments may be required during the fitting and finishing stages of a bespoke garment.
Where an alteration is necessary because of the agreed fitting process, we will discuss the required adjustment with the customer.
Alterations requested after the garment has been completed, delivered, or materially changed from the agreed specifications may be subject to additional charges.
Any alteration requirements should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
Fabric availability may vary depending on supplier availability, season, collection, and stock levels.
Fabric colors and textures displayed on digital screens may differ slightly from the actual fabric due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.
Where a particular fabric is unavailable, we may offer an alternative fabric subject to the customer’s approval.
Once a fabric and garment specification have been confirmed for production, changes may not always be possible without additional costs or delays.
Prices for our bespoke garments and services may vary depending on factors including:
Any applicable price will be communicated to the customer before the relevant order or service is confirmed.
Prices displayed on the website may be subject to change without prior notice. Where a price has already been confirmed for a customer’s order, the agreed price will apply unless otherwise agreed.
Certain bespoke tailoring services may require a deposit or advance payment before production begins.
Where applicable, the required payment amount and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before production.
Production may not begin until the required deposit or payment has been received and the relevant garment specifications have been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and payment transactions are accurate.
Where third-party payment services are used, additional terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider may also apply.
Bespoke garments are individually produced according to the customer’s specifications and may involve materials, fabrics, labor, and production commitments made specifically for that customer.
For this reason, cancellation or modification of an order after production has started may not always be possible.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment or order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any applicable refund, cancellation, alteration, or additional charges will depend on the stage of production and the specific circumstances of the order.
Any cancellation terms communicated to the customer at the time of order will also apply.
Estimated completion or delivery dates provided by Libas Bespoke are intended as reasonable estimates and may be affected by factors such as fabric availability, production requirements, fitting schedules, alterations, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers may be required to collect completed garments from our designated location where collection has been agreed.
Where delivery is arranged, delivery charges and applicable delivery conditions may apply.
Customers should inspect their garment as soon as reasonably possible after collection or delivery and notify us of any concerns regarding the garment.
Customers are encouraged to review the garment during the fitting and finalization stages.
Once a garment has been completed according to the agreed specifications and accepted by the customer, subsequent changes requested for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing or tailoring issue may be treated as additional alteration work.
Where you believe a garment contains a genuine defect or does not correspond with the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, photographs, fabric descriptions, garment descriptions, and other content displayed on our website are accurate.
However, photographs and digital images may not perfectly represent the actual color, texture, finish, or appearance of a garment or fabric.
